Cancellation and Refund Policy:We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of your photobooth booking. Below are our policies regarding cancellations and refunds:

  1. Refunds:

  • In the rare event that your photos are not delivered, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the session date.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the request approval.

  1. All Other Sales Are Final:

  • Except for cases where photos are not delivered, all sales are final.

  • Once services have been rendered, refunds will not be issued for any reason other than non-delivery of photos.
